Guidelines for Coaches

Coaches shall adhere to Paddle UK guidelines and operate within the Club Standard Operating Procedures for Coaches and Leaders. Go to Club Documents to review the SOP.

Where appropriate, training and development will be supported by the club, this being subject to committee approval.
