Join us on the Royal Military Canal for a gentle paddle from Kenardington to Appledore and back.
We will meet at the bridge crossing the B2080 in Appledore on Saturday - see https://www.google.com/maps/place/51%C2%B001'41.8%22N+0%C2%B047'26.6%22E/@51.0282889,0.788546,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x0!8m2!3d51.0282889!4d0.7907347?hl=en-GB
We should be able to park alongside the road and will be paddling to Kenardington and back so there will be no need to arrange shuttles.
The paddle should take around 2 hours so don't forget a drink, snacks and perhaps some lunch to eat at the end. We are planning a drink at The Black Lion afterwards for those wishing to join us and there is a lunch menu if you would prefer a pub lunch.
This trip is suitable for all members who can paddle in a straight line for 50m.
