Option 2 – B&B / Hotel
There are many in Llangollen; prices vary from around £90-£120 per night for a double/twin room with breakfast. Google maps show all B&B's in the area https://firstname.lastname@example.org,-3.1762335,16z
Below are a few to give you an idea.
For the "Intro and improvers" group, you will be paddling the section above Horseshoe falls, here is the guidebook section.
For those in the "Peer Paddler" group, you will be paddling from Horseshoe Falls to Mile End Mill, where you can practice your playing boating skills to your heart's content. This section can be run twice by paddling back up the canal that runs parallel to the river.
Due to COVID19, the club cannot endorse car-sharing outside of your family bubble. Therefore, we ask you to make your travel arrangements to Llangollen, if you do decide to travel with someone outside of your family bubble. We advise that you share accommodation. We will do our best to keep you in the same paddling group for the duration of the weekend.
