This session is the second session designed to give you the fundamentals on rolling and bringing your kayak upright again.
Within this session Sammy will be following on from the previous week with a focus on setting up, the sweep, the hip flick and completing the roll.
To aid your leaving it is worth going onto You Tube and looking at the instructional videos to give you an idea of what is expected.
NOTE this is for complete beginners and NOT those who can already roll; please use the open sessions to practice.
To aid the learning experience please view some tutorial videos on the following:
- Hip Flick or Hip Snap
- Sweep Roll
- C to C Roll
