For the next 3 Mondays Andy Tebbs and Keith White will be providing sea kayak training for any Pirate member who can paddle in a straight line for 50m. No specific sea kayak experience is necessary but this will still be suitable for those who want to extend or hone their skills, and is therefore an ideal extension for those who have just participated in the 4 sessions organised by Sammy.
Conningbrook will be the default location each week, but the intention is to get members out on the sea as much as possible. So, be prepared to receive messages informing you of changes of venue from Conningbrook.
You will need to organise, including transportation, any kayaks and equipment you require. Contact the Quartermaster to book out any club equipment you need. It is highly likely that at some point during each session you will end up out of your boat in the water, so please ensure that you are suitably dressed.
